Yes. If you select multiple product variants as free gifts, a popup lets customers choose. If you select a single variant, it's added automatically.

Troubleshooting

  • Cart meets the minimum spend threshold
  • Promotion is currently active (check start/end dates)
  • Gift products are in stock and published
  • Theme embed is properly installed

This is a Shopify discount combination issue. For two discounts to work together, both must be set to combine. Promo Party creates an automatic discount for your gift. To work alongside other discounts:
  1. In your Promo Party campaign, enable discount combining
  2. Ensure your other discount is also set to combine in Shopify
A few options:
  • Set appropriate inventory levels for gift products
  • Enable "Continue selling when out of stock" for gift items
  • Create dedicated gift variants to track inventory separately
  • Monitor gift inventory regularly during active promotions

  • State the minimum purchase amount upfront
  • Don't hide requirements in fine print
  • Show all conditions where customers first see the offer
  • Use your theme's announcement bar for site-wide visibility
