Promo Party Pro
Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: April 23rd, 2026
Last Updated: April 23rd, 2026

1. Our Commitment

ETHERCYCLE LLC is committed to making the Promo Party Pro marketing website and the Promo Party Pro Shopify app usable by people with the widest possible range of abilities. We are working in good faith to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and will continue to refine our implementation over time.

2. Scope

This statement applies to:

This statement does not apply to merchant storefronts or to third-party content embedded on our site (such as videos, social embeds, or third-party widgets), which are outside our direct control.

3. Conformance Status

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not represent that the website or the App is fully conformant at any given moment; accessibility is an ongoing process and we welcome reports of barriers so we can address them.

4. How to Report an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on promoparty.app or in the Promo Party Pro app, please contact us:

support@ethercycle.com
Subject line: "Accessibility Issue"

Please include the page URL or app screen, a description of the issue, the assistive technology you were using (screen reader, voice control, etc.), and your operating system and browser. We aim to respond within five (5) business days and to remediate validated issues in good faith.

5. Pre-Suit Notice Requirement

Before filing any claim, demand for arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative complaint relating to the accessibility of promoparty.app or the Promo Party Pro app, you must provide written notice as described in Section 4 above and allow us thirty (30) days from receipt to remediate or offer a good-faith cure. This notice and cure requirement is incorporated into our Terms of Service at Section 10 and applies to claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, the Unruh Consumer Protection Act, and any analogous state, federal, or international accessibility law. Failure to provide notice and to allow the cure period waives the claim under our Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Content

The website and the App may contain or link to content provided by third parties (for example, embedded videos, third-party widgets, or merchant-supplied images and text). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content and disclaim responsibility for it. If a third-party element is the source of a barrier, please report it to us so we can work with the provider or replace the element where feasible.

7. Feedback

Accessibility feedback is always welcome, even when no specific barrier is involved. Email support@ethercycle.com with the subject line "Accessibility Feedback."
